As the Supervisor of Kohll’s Mobility Department, Joe Pepitone stays current in knowing the issues related to mobility and has expanded his responsibilities to include respiratory issues. He has been working in the health care field for over twenty years. He began his career path within policy and federal healthcare privatization, nation-wide. He was invited into a consulting role for managed-care delivery systems statewide, designing and implementing a delivery system for Medicaid/Medicare beneficiaries. Joe directed operations within a managed-care organization, utilizing those created systems.

He came to Kohll's and created the Mobility Program, a department targeted on streamlining mobility device procurement processes with an emphasis on yearly growth. He spearheaded company credentials, including NRRTS, RESNA, NMEDA and QAP certifications. He maintains all required credentials within the rehabilitation supply corridor, such as ATP and TARSYS certification. He continuously introduces new products to the Mobility Department that encourage growth, while also ensuring staff training and credentials.
